Having a dream. Having goals. We want to inspire young people to live with purpose and meaning.
There is always hope. Hold onto HOPE. No matter how down or anxious you feel
there is always light at the end of the tunnel.
We want to encourage young people to build resilience. This means teaching them how to cope with or overcome difficult circumstances that life may throw their way.
Regardless of circumstance they are never alone, their life is valuable, and they can find a way through, like others like them have before.
We hope that we encourage young people to find inner strength and to
show them that it takes strength not weakness to ask for help. There is no shame in asking for help. Also connecting with a professional through The Lowdown support services, talking to a high school counsellor or family member/friend will give you strength.
